ARC Residences is a multiple storey residential high rise adjacent to the Brisbane River in Toowong. Prepared civil design and documentation for the site including Development application report and drawings. Civil design works included earthworks for basement excavation, flood risk mitigation, water and sewer connection.

Montague Markets is multi-use development consisting of retail and residential high-rise. Provided detailed design, tender assessment and construction supervision for the delivery of trunk sewer infrastructure.

New commercial development located in the Big Fish commercial area being development near Caboolture. Context Engineering provided the civil engineering for the detailed design phase of this project including earthworks, internal roadworks and pavement design and stormwater drainage. Retrofitted new stormwater infrastructure as part of proposed redevelopment works of the existing podium level of Peninsula Apartments. Managed construction activities and project close out.

Development involved the creation of multiple townhouses in Calamvale. Provided detailed design documentation for earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewer and water connection. Liaised with local and government authorities during operational works approval process.

Design support for the Clarendon Dam and Bill Gunn Dam safety upgrade project. Included the repair and remediation of existing damage and defects to the pavements along the top of the embankment structures.

Bunnings warehouse and carparking in Narre Warren. Context provided the Stormwater Management Plan and schematic stormwater design drawings for Development Approval. Progressed project through detailed design through provision of earthworks, stormwater, pavement, water and sewer connection plans.

The Underwood Service Station is a Commercial development including multiple drive through food and drink outlets with an internal driveway and carparking area. Provided civil design and documentation for the site including a Dilapidation Report, earthworks, pavement, vehicle crossover, stormwater, water and sewer plans.

Water connection for Springfield Central Station Park ‘n’ Ride. Provided detailed review of Major Works design plans for constructibility against the SEQ Code, and supervised compliance and construction phase activities including live connection works and project close out.
